Empire Excavating was founded in 2022 by Heath Mullen and Bryce McCaw. With over 20 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Empire Excavating was able to start off successful. What sets Empire Excavating apart from the competition is the technical abilities that the crew has. Underground utilities, grading that is measured by feet above sea level (not just looks flat), and smooth concrete are where the foundations start. We do more than move dirt!
