Gravel Driveway
This is a shared gravel driveway for a small neighborhood. We graded it for maintenance.
Infiltrator Septic Install
1250 gallon concrete tank with 500 foot of field. Passed inspection and then backfill.
Complete Sewer Lateral Replacement
Multiple cleanouts installed on the new lateral. We crossed several utilities to do the tie in. Passed city inspection and then backfilled.
Partial Sewer Lateral Repair
Existing lateral was clay tile and was damaged by tree roots. We installed new SDR35. Passed city inspection and then backfilled.
Selective Clearing
Selective clearing job for partially wooded lots. Removed undergrowth, stumps, and selected tress. Installed new construction entrances for the new building pads.
Drainage Addition
On this job we added additional fingers to an existing field to accommodate a room addition. Over 1200 sq ft of septic field was added. We then back graded and added seed and straw.

Final Grade and Seed Prep
We do lots of work for residential and commercial new construction. This job required us to grade for water run-off and prepare the lot for hydroseeding.
Infiltrator Septic Install
We installed this infiltrator septic system complete with a 1250 gallon concrete tank, 500 feet of chambers. This was done for a new construction home outside of West Lafayette. From breaking of ground to passing of inspection this only took 1 day to knock out.
Driveway Demolition
This was a little larger of a demolition project. It required us tearing out this large driveway in order for PSI construction to pour new concrete.
Lot Clearing in 3 Meadows
We cleared this lot in 3 meadows in preparation for a new home build. What started out as nothing more than trees and grass turned out to be a nice level site to build a home. We were able to complete this in a timely manner so that the builder could move on with this home.
Duplex Lot Grade
We graded this yard in preparation for this duplex to go in. We also added this gravel driveway to serve this house well. The gravel we use is extremely white and will retain its white look for a long while.
Sloped Concrete Sidewalk
Before and after pics of a concrete sidewalk we did in July. We removed the old sidewalks and grade to accommodate a long gradual ramp for this client's elderly parents. This is an example of a technical job that requires skill that not every company has.
